Lance Kime is a world class adventure racer, spending most of his time running and hiking around the mountains of the Western Cape. Having travelled and hiked in a number of incredible places around the world Lance now lives a stones throw from Table Mountain and loves showing others the natural beauty that we are spoilt with here in Cape Town.

Lance is an experienced and qualified mountain leader, trained in First Aid and wilderness emergencies, allowing you enjoy your spectacular surroundings while in safe hands.

Drawing on our knowledge of the flora, fauna, geology, history, hidden gems and photo spots will make your trip much more memorable than simply following the trails blindly.
