Hotel Las Tortugas
All-inclusive surf-yoga-wellness retreat. Empower, rejuvenate. Fun! Instructional program empowers, heals, inspires, and teaches well-being and happiness. Professional daily instruction: surfing, martial arts, mindfulness, yoga, happiness workshops. Boutique beachside lodging. Delicious plant-based diet, fresh coconut water. Designed separately for women, men, kids. Kids' retreats (in summer) share adult dates, hotel; separate agenda & rooms. Kids also skateboard (full skate camp) and do acrobatics; less martial arts. Adults can have peaceful adult time & still bring the kids. Ages 11+. Goals: empowerment; greater happiness & joy; improved well-being; inner calm; more confidence; greater self-awareness & intention; improved emotional management; better relationships; better health. Goals achieved through variety of retreat content. Adults: Days 1, 8 arrival/departure. Light activities Days 2-4, 6-7 full activities Day 5 free. Explore!
