- Jet Boat rides depart daily on the hour from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except Christmas Day (December 25, 2025), weather and river conditions permitting.
- Courtesy shuttle available for 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM departures.
- Shotover Jet River Base, 3 Arthurs Point Road, Arthurs Point, Queenstown 9371, New Zealand (self-drive).
- Shuttle check-in: Station Building, corner of Camp & Shotover Streets, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand.
- Free shuttle transfers available for 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM departures. Bookings required.
- Check-in: 30 minutes prior at Arthurs Point river base if self-driving; 45 minutes prior at Station Building in Queenstown for shuttle.
- Duration: 25-minute jet boat ride, allow 1.5 hours for the full experience, or 1 hour 45 minutes with shuttle.
- Dress for weather: sunscreen in summer, warm layers, hat, gloves in winter, heated handrails provided, sunglasses recommended year-round.
- Handheld cameras and video devices are not permitted on jet boats for safety, professional photos/videos available for purchase.
- Onsite facilities include parking, retail, cafe, toilets, secure lockers, and viewing areas.
- Adult tickets apply to ages 13 to 99.
- Child tickets apply to ages 4 to 12, or 5 to 15 for fare purposes, meeting the minimum height of 1 meter.
- Minimum height requirement is 1 meter; may increase to 1.2 meters in certain river conditions for safety.
- Not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with back or neck medical conditions.
- Children under 5 meeting the 1-meter height requirement ride free with a fare-paying adult aged 16 or older, ticket still required.
- All children aged 0 to 15 must be accompanied by a fare-paying adult aged 16 or older.
- Not suitable for those unable to board or unboard without assistance. Two support people required if assistance needed.
