What to Prepare
*A smartphone is required.
Please note that a mobile data connection is necessary. Ensure that your device has proper connectivity before use. To activate the ticket, access the link provided in the voucher sent at the time of purchase, display the ticket, and press the “Use” button.

Regarding Train Use
Valid Lines: All 9 Osaka Metro lines. *Please note that the Imazato Liner is not included.
・Not valid on other railway lines such as Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu, and others.
・If you travel beyond the valid area, please inform the staff at the exit station and pay the additional fare in cash.
・When using trains, scan the QR code at a QR-enabled ticket gate to enter and exit.
・If you enter within the validity period, you may exit once even if the validity period has expired.
・Each ticket is valid for one person only. (Up to four people can use tickets on the same smartphone.)
・In the event of service disruption, substitute transportation will be provided only for tickets that have been activated and are still within the validity period. Even if used on the same day, tickets past the validity period are not eligible.
・If the ticket screen cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, low battery, unstable connectivity, or other reasons, the ticket cannot be used. In such cases, please purchase a separate ticket at your own expense. Fares paid separately during the period when the ticket could not be displayed are non-refundable.
・Matters related to the use of this ticket are subject to the transport terms and passenger regulations of each operating company.
Regarding Use of Discount Facilities
・Please present the ticket banner (image) to the facility staff. Discounts cannot be applied if you present the banner before or after the ticket is in use, or if you are unable to display the banner due to technical or other reasons.
・Please note that you may not be able to use the discount benefits if a facility is closed or if you are unable to display the ticket banner (image) due to technical issues. Once the ticket has been activated, refunds will not be issued on the grounds that discounts at facilities could not be received.
Notes on Purchasing Multiple Tickets
・If you purchase multiple tickets of the same type in a single transaction, they cannot be used separately. All tickets will be activated at the same time and must be used for the same itinerary.
・If you wish to use tickets separately on different occasions, please make multiple purchases.

For security protection, you may be asked to complete a One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. In that case, please follow the steps below:
1. Enter your email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.
2. Check that the OTP has arrived at the email address you entered.
・The email will be sent from the domain @linktivity.co.jp.
・Please also check your spam folder.
・If you cannot find the email even in the spam folder, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. In that case, please reopen the voucher URL, re-enter your email address, and try again.
3. Enter the OTP from the received email into the ticket screen and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the ticket screen will be displayed.
(Once OTP authentication has been completed, all OTP emails will be sent to the registered email address. This email address cannot be changed, so please make sure to register an email address that you can access on the day of use.)
