• Performers and event content may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given for these changes.

• Standing admission is based on order of arrival. Late arrivals may not be able to enter their designated zone. Please try to collect your ticket before 2:00 PM.

• Tickets will not be reissued if lost. The organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or accidents inside or outside the venue.

■ Ticket Pickup Information

• Location: Foreigners-only ticket booth (Look for K-TripTips logo)

• Time: 12:00 PM – 15:00 PM (Please arrive early to avoid crowding)

• You must pick up your ticket within the designated time. as entry to the G5 area cannot be guaranteed for arrivals after 2:00 PM.

• Standing entry is first-come-first-served. Late arrivals may not be able to enter their original standing zone. It is highly recommended to collect your ticket before 2:00 PM.

• Passport or Alien Registration Card is required for pickup (Email confirmation alone is not valid).

• If the booth location changes, it will be updated on this page. Please check in advance on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding.

• Please look for the foreigner-only booth marked with the "K-TripTips" logo.
