Discover the art of mozzarella with a workshop on a family-run farm in the Apulian countryside. Visit one of the oldest and most fascinating farms in Puglia, to discover the stable with cows, calves and buffaloes. Visit of the milking parlor and the wood where the animals are free to enter and live in freedom. Next, meet the cheesemaker and discover every step of the production process from the beginning to the end of the real Apulian mozzarella. After the seminar, taste the entire production line of the farm: dairy products, cheeses, cold cuts, meats and more.
