Produced by Yoshiteru Ikegawa, a famous yakitori restaurant [Torishiki]. The high-quality solid counter surrounding the grill creates a dignified space. A referral-only store for a limited number of people in Japan. Just like the head office Torishiki, the whole Datedori chicken is delivered directly from the farm, and the ingredients, techniques, and space are all taken care of at the restaurant. It is a first-class restaurant.
