In front of Rovaniemi Tourism Information Center at Koskikatu 12
Arctic Treehouse Hotel: outside by reception
Santa Claus Holiday Village: outside in front of the hotel Santa Claus Holiday Village reception
Rovaniemi train station: Pick-up is outside the main entrance
Post Purchase
The 10 am cruise departure will have a pickup in Rovaniemi at 7 am, while the 2 pm cruise departure will have a pickup in Rovaniemi at 11 am.
Details about the pickup will be communicated directly to the customer by the operator post booking. If customer does not timely receive these details it's their responsibility to timely contact either Tiqets customer Service or the operator directly.
