The transfer/driver did not come despite me emailing the day before. On the day itself, the customer service agent could not help me & told me to get my own transfer. And now I cannot cancel my booking to get a refund. This booking has gone so bad . I won not book pelago again & I won't recommend either.

The driver never showed up and it disrupted our entire plan which required us to book the AOT car at expensive rate. Pelago team could not do anything beyond the basic assistance. To be honest, there are better tour operators via other platforms such as Klook that have better arrangements. Next time, it will be difficult for us to book via Pelago given their lack of vendor experience and bargaining power.
