Requirements
- Winter equipment such as studless tires is required.
- The check-in location for the snowshoe tour is “TSUMUGI STORE” on the 1st floor of Shirakabadaira Station, which you will reach after riding the First Ropeway.
- For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a One-Time Password (OTP). If this occurs, please follow the steps below:
1. Enter the email address where you wish to receive the OTP and press the send button.
2. Check the email you provided for the OTP. (Please also check your spam folder. If you do not find the email, it is possible that the email address was entered incorrectly. Please reopen the E-ticket URL and re-enter your email address.)
3. Enter the OTP from the received email into the ticket screen and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the E-ticket will be displayed.
