- Available for same-day purchase and use on the same day.

- Adult criteria: 19 years of age or older

- Youth criteria: 13 to 18 years old

- Children: 4 to 12 years old

- Children under 48 months can enter for free with proof of age.

- In case of youth/children/special discount, etc., tickets can be issued on-site after presenting the relevant supporting documents.

- Exhibition and docent announcements can be found on the My Art Museum Instagram and website.

- Regular docent service operates only on weekdays, and does not operate on weekends or public holidays.

- Docent exhibition commentary is a free program and is a service provided by the museum for visitors, and may change without prior notice depending on museum circumstances.
