We source high-quality, fresh meat from markets we have cultivated through unique routes. We offer one of Japan’s largest selections of fresh hormone (offal)! Our hormone selection ranges from popular varieties to rare, hard-to-find options. In addition to hormone, we also offer a wide variety of lean meats. Our signature dish, "Harami Baka," features large pieces of skirt steak marinated in our special spicy sauce. Enjoy our "Special Rare Steak Yukke Style," which melts in your mouth, wrapped with a rich egg yolk from Ranou eggs produced in Oita Prefecture.
