TREKKING AT THE COLCA 3D / 2N
Enjoy a great adventure in the Colca Canyon, one of the deepest canyons in the world. We will observe one of the most beautiful spectacles of condors soaring from the bottom of the canyon to the highest peaks, as if they were spirits of the mountains.much of the Colca Canyon is habitable, with pre-Columbian terraces that are used to grow corn, potatoes, quinoa and other typical products.
During the trek you will observe beautiful landscapes, spend the night in host families in the village of San Juan. And when you arrive at the Sangalle Oasis you will enjoy the sun under the palm trees, a swimming pool that will refresh you after an arduous walk and a harmonious singing of the Colca River.

9 hoursAdmission Ticket Included03:00 a.m. Our trek team will pick you up at your hotel, we board our private bus to transfer to the Colca Canyon. After 3 hours we will stop in the first village Chivay, and we will take the first breakfast then we will continue our journey to the Cruz del Condor, in this place we will enjoy for about 45 minutes the fabulous flight of the Condors, then we will arrive at the town of Cabanaconde located at 3287 meters above sea level where we will begin our walk through the canyon, heading to the viewpoints of Pampa San Miguel, where we can appreciate part of the route that we will take. Starting this way our descent to the town of San Juan de Chuccho making a walk of about 3 hours to the Colca River, crossed by a suspension bridge, then we will know some fruits and native plants in the area. We will spend the night in this beautiful town of San Juan de chuqchu. 5 hoursAdmission Ticket IncludedStart trekking early, after your breakfast. Ask your homestay the trail to Coshñirwa and Malata which it is above the Football field. Keep the trail and walk gradually up to the right, Do not take the trail to Tapay and do not as well go down after San Juan de Chuccho, keep in mind that you will climb to Coshñirwa (that is about 450 meters). After 30 minutes of walking; you will pass a freshwater concrete canal and you will see a small bridge. After the bridge you have a short steep path up to Coshñirwa, the trail from this village is easy to find. 10 hoursAdmission Ticket Free05:00 am start the ascent to Cabanaconde, once at the top we will have breakfast at the agreed restaurant, and then we take private bus to Chivay village previously making the respective stops: 1. - in the viewpoint of antahuilque where we can appreciate the Inca terraces of the Colca and lakes of water that change colors, 2. - in the village of maca where we can appreciate a colonial church, take pictures with tame eagles, and camelids, and where we can also buy handicrafts Colca and try the Colca sour drink made from the fruit of a cactus Colca. Continuing with our tour we will arrive to the small town of Chivay the capital of the Colca Valley, then we will go to the Thermo Medicinal Baths of Calera with 38ºC where we can enjoy its relaxing waters for a period of 1 hour, then we will return to Chivay, lunch at the time previously coordinated with the group, after our lunch we back to Aequipa.- Food And DrinksBreakfastLunch
