We havent heard anything from the provider one week after the booking so I contacted the support of Pelago (thank you for your help!). They could find out after a couple of days that it is not possible to issue the ticket in advance, but that they confirm we will get it a day before our visit. It indeed did work out, but I wished it was the provider that was communicating transparently not causing so much insecurities in advance
Would not recommend booking through Pelago. The confirmation only comes very late and only after multiple chasers to the support team over 3 days. Can’t cancel while waiting for the voucher issuance as well. Too much stress. Not worth the anxiety.
I need to go again, one visit isn’t enough. It’s huge. We visited the Emerald Buddha which I was looking forward to the most and it did not disappoint. We saw a military parade, the Queen Sirikit Museum was really interesting, we got to learn about Thai culture.
