After a tofu appetiser comparison, guests enjoy a course of ten different types of seasonal vegetable tempura.
The main dish consists of sweet potato tempura called ‘Beni Azuma’, which takes 40 minutes to slowly extract its sweetness, topped with brightly coloured carrot kakiage (deep-fried carrots).
The carrot kakiage is made by frying shredded carrots in our original coating, that brings out the original sweetness of the carrot.
The rice is served with wasabi, which is rubbed in front of your eyes.

Beginning with an appetiser of tofu, this course includes three types of seafood and seven types of seasonal vegetable tempura.
The seafood includes prawn tempura and smoked squid tempura with a charcoal coating Which is fragranted with smoke of cherry chips.
For vegetables, mix with a sweet potato and carrot fried and you can also enjoy eight types of vegetable tempura, including seasonal vegetables.
