IF PICKUP TIME FROM THE RESORT IS NOT STATED THEN IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT THE PICKUP TIME WILL BE 3 HOURS PRIOR TO FLIGHT DEPARTURE + DISTANCE TAKEN FROM YOUR HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT.  ALSO NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM WAITING TIME WILL BE 15 MINUTES AT THE RESORT.
