Highlights
Mount Sangkareang, also known as Rinjani Second Summit, sits 3,200 metres above sea level. This two-day-one-night trekking tour takes you on a gentle route up to Mount Sangkareang. This tour starts and ends in Tetebatu. Immerse in breathtaking panoramic views of the sunset over the volcano.
From up the mountain, Bali and the Gili islands sit on the horizon as an idyllic backdrop. Witness spectacular views of Lake Segara Anak within the volcano's crater. Walk along the shady path of the route, comfortably covered by the tropical rainforest canopy.

Itinerary
Day 1:
Pick Up (7:00AM) Pick up from your accommodation.Monkey Forest
After reaching Tetebatu village, start the tour by trekking to the monkey forest, where you will be able to view the native Black and Gray monkeys.Netherland Huts
After making your way through the cooling dense forest, take a break at the Pondok Belanda, also known as Netherland huts.Tetebatu Rim (5:00PM)
The group will rest at Tetebatu Rim camping ground and spend the night here.Day 2:
Mount Sangkareang Summit (4:00AM) After an early breakfast, the trek to the summit resumes. Upon arrival at the summit, enjoy the sunrise and the spectacular views while having some light snacks.Mount Sangkareang
Return to the campsite and trek through a hidden path in the jungle before heading back to Tetebatu village.Tetebatu Village
Take a lunch break at Post 1 and slowly make your way down to Tetebatu village.Drop Off (3:00PM)
Drop off back at your accommodation.
