Xihe Yayuan’s signature dish is Xihe roast duck, with Beijing cuisine as its
core. It selects famous chefs, draws on the essence of food from all over the
world and incorporates it into Xihe cuisine, inheriting and interpreting
exquisite Chinese cuisine. Xihe Roast Duck, with annual sales of more than
700,000 sets, is also known as the "dancing roast duck", combining tradition
with innovation. We use authentic Beijing ducks, which are fed with natural
grain feed; they are roasted for 50 minutes to remove excess fat and make the
duck meat more fragrant; 88 slices of the most essential parts of the duck are
selected for sliced duck, only the best quality is guaranteed. Innovative 3
plates of meat plus eight-treasure box, crispy duck breast dipped in popping
candy - feel the beating on the tip of your tongue; tender duck breast dipped
in secret mustard sauce - experience the pounding heart; duck leg meat with a
rotating eight-treasure box - enjoy the dance on the table. Xihe Yayuan
strives to provide customers with delicious food and high-quality service.

It’s slightly cheaper to book via Pelago On site , is Hk328 per person. Just have ti take note thereis a service charge of 10% on top of HK329 not on the amount paid in Pelago. And additional Hk20 per person for tea serving. For service, the staff are in average service . For food, duck is not tasty as per we expected since is known as Beijing roasted duck , some dim sum are nice but will taste different for 2nd ordering (result varies)
