Closed: Closed every Tuesday, Lunar New Year's Day, and Chuseok (If Tuesday is a public holiday, closed on the next first weekday)

The parking fee is 2,000 won per time (3 hours) for passenger cars, and an additional 1,000 won per 30 minutes is charged after 3 hours.

You must compensate for any damage to any exhibits or surrounding facilities.

Smoking is not allowed inside the exhibition hall.

Please be quiet and orderly during your visit.

Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs)

Geoje citizens and those over 65 years of age must pay on site before using the service. (Proof of documents required)

[Cancellation/Refund Policy]

If you wish to cancel or refund, please contact the shopping mall where you made the purchase. The cancellation/refund will be processed after confirming whether the product has been used.

Confirmation of unused items and cancellations take approximately 2-3 days from the date of receipt.

Individual or partial refunds are not possible.

Example) After purchasing 5 sheets, 3 sheets are used and only 2 sheets are eligible for a single/partial refund.

Partial issuance and partial cancellation are not permitted.

Partial refunds are not possible if even one package product is used.

Tickets you have used are non-refundable.
