The transport agent contacted me via WhatsApp providing me info on pick up place and time. Everything went smoothly. Not much complaints except that we had to change vehicles twice during our journey from Tam Coc to Hanoi. Luckily we didn’t have lots of luggages else it would be a hassle to carry them up and down the vehicle. Nevertheless we were very thankful to the driver for sending us right to the hotel door step! What an awesome experience!
