It is very convenient and easy to use!
It is a must having Eurail Pass when travelling Europe I used this in Paris Switzerland and Italy. Note there is an additional payment for seat reservation which is okay and not included in the pass.
Pass worked as expected uploading onto Eurail App. Some complexities around booking specific trains, but that applies regardless of where you purchase Eurail pass
