Highlights
On this tour we will visit the biggest National Park in Macedonia, Mavrovo. During our drive to the park we will drive beside river Drim and we will enjoy on a amazing views on a two artificial lakes. We will visit the St. Bigorski Monastery, a calm beautiful place where we can enjoy and even talk with some of the monks, there we will also admire on the most beautiful iconostas in the Balkans. We will explore the surrounding nature and we will visit Duff waterfall where we will have nice walk to the waterfall trough a small canyon form by the river.

It is located in the western central part of the country. Several villages built in a traditional Macedonian way are a symbol of the park.Duf Waterfall

30 minsAdmission Ticket Not IncludedWe will visit the extraordinary Monastery St. John Bigorski. The story of this monastery starts with the oldest miraculous icon with healing power, originating from the 11th century. One of its most valuable treasures is the iconostasis, created by Petre Filipovski-Garkata. In the end, we get into our comfortable vehicle and drive back to Skopje.
