Conveniently located 1 minute walk from Ebisu Station. A hidden bar on the basement floor of a building. We are particular about organic products, and all the fruits and base alcohol used in our cocktails are organic.
As for alcoholic drinks, you can enjoy Japanese whiskey, rare alcoholic beverages from the 1800s that the owner himself personally purchased, and seasonal organic fruit cocktails that you will never find at other stores.
Food includes homemade additive-free organic food and a wide variety of chocolates made by the owner. Recommended for those who are looking for a famous hidden bar in Tokyo at night or a restaurant that is particular about organic food. The bartender will introduce you to recommended cocktails using Japanese seasonal fruits, so it is also recommended for those who are new to Japanese bars. The inside of the store is completely non-smoking. If you only drink non-alcoholic drinks, please order at least 2 drinks.
