Using the finest ingredients nurtured by Hokkaido's natural environment, we offer a harmonious blend of local produce and premium wagyu beef. Seasonal ingredients enhance the dish with vibrant colors and deeper flavors.

Highlights
Hiyama, which has been awarded a Michelin star for over 10 years in a row, is a famous Tokyo restaurant loved by lovers of the world's finest authentic sukiyaki. Opened in 1935, we serve the best beef of the day for foodies who demand the finest. Their signature dish, sukiyaki, is made with high-quality Japanese black beef. To bring out the quality of the meat, we serve it with a combination of homemade sauce, local ingredients such as Hokkaido vegetables and tofu, and seasonal flavors. We also offer Hokkaido wine pairings with dishes and Hiyama brand sake tasting sets.

Private booking minimum guarantee: ¥3,000,000 (excluding tax). *From April to November, please consult in advance.
Corkage fee: ¥10,000 (incl. tax) per bottle.
A cancellation fee will be charged during peak seasons for hotel guests as well.
For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate guests with severe allergies or the following dietary restrictions: no beef, vegan, or vegetarian.
Age restriction: Reservations are accepted for guests aged 10 and over.

Cancellation Policy
50% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before date of selection.
No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 2 days before the date of selection.
