After booking, your local operator will confirm the pickup time you prefer. Your professional driver will wait for you at your hotel or the place you stay in Hangzhou, if you arrive Hangzhou by fast train , you will be picked from the train station directly ,then follow your courteous driver to board the comfortable vehicle and enjoy a nice ride to Canglong Waterfall scenic area, enjoy some nice hiking and explore the area at your own pace. After the visit, you driver will then drop off back to Hangzhou downtown area or train station as per your request. Your driver is with limited English skills, a professional English-speaking staff is available to assist over the phone if needed during the transfer.
