A: You will get a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. The confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Please check the booking information and voucher with a 2D Barcode in the correct email account. You can also check the booking information by clicking the Booking Details link in the email.
Q: I book the ticket with my smartphone so I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to collect a paper ticket by directly presenting the voucher on the smartphone?
A: Yes. You can present the 2D Barcode on your smartphone to collect a ticket.
Q: How do I use the voucher on the day of visit?
A: Voucher with a 2D Barcode will be sent to your registered email account when the booking is completed. Please bring the voucher to collect an admission ticket on the day of visit. You can show the voucher to participate some of the activities without collecting a paper ticket. Please refer to each product page for details.
Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?
A: Sorry, the booking can't be canceled or changed.
