Highlights

As a native Indonesian from the island of Java our cooking classes are a truly authentic experience in which you will not only learn to cook genuine South East Asian dishes from scratch but also learn more about my Indonesian culture as well as receiving a truly warm Asian welcome.

I featured on the BBC James Martin Home Comforts series and am delighted and proud to teach dishes that I have learnt from my mum for you to recreate in your own kitchen. Some may be familiar to you some may not, but I can promise you one thing; all will be show stoppers when you serve them to your friends and family !


​So if you are passionate about SE Asian food but perhaps don't have the confidence to cook at home, or can't recreate the flavours from dishes you have eaten on your travels, then do let me help take you to the next level.

Itinerary

    Take a tour of the Indonesian Islands through the unique flavours of Bali, Java and Sumatra. Learn more about the culture behind the dishes and become familiar with the spices we will use during the class. You will learn to prepare and cook each dish from scratch at your own individual work station by following me with step by step instruction. At the end of the class enjoy your own cooked 2 course meal together with the other students or alternatively take your meal home with you to share with family and friends. And if you want, I'll teach you the traditional Indonesian way of eating with your hands !
