・Please note that we do not offer partial exchanges of tickets. Each purchase will have a unique QR code, even if multiple tickets are bought. When you scan the QR code on the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, all the tickets you purchase will be exchanged and valid starting from the day of exchange.
・If the magnetic field on your Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes damaged or weakened, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates. Please avoid placing the ticket near objects that emit strong magnetic fields (such as smartphones, home appliances, magnetic fasteners on wallets, etc.).

The combo ticket may not be used with other coupons, special coupons, discounts, etc.

Certain events may be temporarily suspended depending on the schedule.

Facilities and events may be suspended / cancelled due to bad weather or local circumstances. In this case, we will not be able to reimburse the cost of transportation to the site.

In case of bad weather or other emergencies, the facilities will be temporarily closed. Please check the website of each facility before visiting.

*If you do not start using the ticket within the validity period, the ticket will be invalid.
