8 hoursAdmission Ticket Not IncludedWilpattu is situated around 40km west from Anuradhapura new town. The park is large around 1,317 square kilometers and it is the largest national park in Sri Lanka. The meaning of Wilpattu is the area consist of “Wil”(lakes). There are around 40 tanks and lakes in this park. You will be able to see many kind of animals such as elephants, leopards, sloth bears, water buffaloes, spotted deer etc. Further you there are bird species are available such as peacocks, painted storks, little cormorants, Sri Lankan jungle fowl and many more at the park. You are able to take picturesque photos of animals and experience an adventure safari tour by a jeep. End of the tour you will be transferred back to the hotel where you picked up.
