Reserved access is subject to the Eiffel Tower's procedures. Security checks or large crowds may cause delays in entry.
During high season, the wait to access the second floor can be up to 25 minutes. However, your wait to enter the Eiffel Tower will still be shorter than for those purchasing regular tickets.
Summit ticket holders will need to wait in line on the second floor for the elevator to the top.
Individuals with reduced mobility, in wheelchairs or on crutches, or who find standing difficult, can visit the Eiffel Tower up to the second floor via the elevators. However, summit access is not available for safety reasons.
The ascent to the summit may not be suitable for visitors with mental disabilities, cognitive disorders, or vertigo. If you have discomfort with heights, it is recommended to opt for the second floor option only.
Luggage and oversized bags are not allowed.
