The building's acoustics were the first in the world to be designed by computer applications; it is considered a 100% acoustically-perfect building. The exterior includes 22,000 pieces of Indiana limestone, 33,000 feet of Italian travertine and 211 glass panels, no two alike. Considered and engineering marvel, the 5.2-acre deck park is built over a recessed eight-lane freeway. Numerous food trucks offer many options for lunch. To continue their tour through Uptown Dallas and West Village Shopping venue, the McKinney Avenue Trolley stops at the eastern edge of the park. There is no fee. The tour guide does not accompany along on this option.
