- St. Mark's Basilica: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 5:15 PM, last admission at 4:45 PM; Sunday and solemnities of obligation from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
- Bell Tower: Daily 9:30 AM to 9:15 PM, last climb at 8:45 PM.
- Basilica access may be temporarily suspended for worship activities.
- Bell Tower may close due to unfavorable weather conditions such as fog, strong winds, or intense cold.
- Clothing and behavior must be appropriate for the religious nature of the Basilica.
- Photography and video recording are permitted only for private, non-professional use.
- Spoken explanations are not allowed; earpieces are permitted for guided audio tours.
- Luggage and bulky bags are not permitted; use the Luggage Storage in Piazzetta dei Leoncini, a few meters from the Basilica.
- Tickets are purchased at the San Basso Ticket Office in Piazzetta dei Leoncini on Saturdays and Sundays due to Covid-19 regulations.
- Ticket includes access to the Pala d’Oro and Museum - Loggia dei Cavalli.
- Free access for prayer, Holy Mass, and liturgical celebrations is available via the Porta dei Fiori in Piazzetta dei Leoncini (North Side).
- Children under 6 years old enter the Basilica for free.
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Wheelchair accessible via the Porta dei Fiori on the left side of the Basilica, equipped with a platform.
- The Treasury is accessible via the Porta dei Fiori; the Museum on the upper floor is served by a lift and stairlift.
- Visitors with motor disabilities should contact staff at the Porta dei Fiori for assistance.

Skip the line really helped in entering even earlier than scheduled. Also since there is no guide, we were able to take time inside to read and take photos. Magnificent building! I just wish the audio guide was easily downloadable. We were not able yo use it.
