We were sild trip including the horse show. This was the only reason we booked the trip. I got an email less than 24 hours before to say the horse show was unavailable despite our tickets syating horse show amd wine tasting. It was too late to cancel and get a refund. The horse shows never run on a Sunday so this trip was sold to is under false pretenses and is still available to book for days other than Tuesday and Thursday when the show is available .i now understand why the other reputable experiemce companies I would usually use only had trips on those day s. There was also confusion about ti.e and pick up points whoch was stressful. I put in a complaint asking for a refund and have sent evidence of pictures of my confirmation email, tickets and the emal from the afternoon before the trip to shpw clearly what I had paid for and expected. I have heard nothing back simce.
