  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of boarding will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fare

The driver will be waiting for you at the meeting place with a placard displaying your name, one hour after your flight's actual arrival time

To confirm the pick-up time, please make a phone call to the contact number. It is essential to communicate with us to avoid any issues. Please note that if you fail to contact us and are unable to use the service, we will be unable to provide refunds or reschedule
In the event that you are running late for the service due to personal reasons or if the driver is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like heavy traffic, an extension fee may be applicable. The driver will provide you with a billing statement, and we kindly request payment in cash or by credit card at that time
Information about the driver and pick-up vehicle will be sent to you by email by 18:00 (Japan time) the day before your trip. In the unlikely event that there is a delay in sending the information due to logistical reasons, we will contact you in advance, so if you have not received a response by 18:00, please contact customer service.
