Your guide will be waiting in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before departure time, holding a sign with your name on it.
There will be no refund for any unused time after use. (For example, if you leave the hotel at 9:00, you can use the service up to 15:00. However, if your flight departs from Incheon Airport at 16:00 and arrives at the airport at 13:00, the remaining 2 hours will be forfeited.)
The maximum luggage that can be loaded (assuming a suitcase of 67cm x 50cm x 25cm) is one per person. If you cannot load your luggage, you cannot apply.
Note: Please refrain from applying for special purposes other than tourism. If this applies to you, your application may be rejected on the day. Examples: PCR tests, hospital tests, interpreters, business accompaniment, etc.
The suburbs of Seoul refer to Incheon, Suwon, etc., and are roughly a 50km radius from central Seoul.
Guide entrance fees, car tolls, and parking fees are to be paid by the customer. (Guide meals and Incheon Airport tolls are excluded.)
The price is per vehicle and per guide.
The vehicle's passenger capacity does not include infants not occupying seats.

If the customer requests an extension on the day, an additional fee will be charged. The extension fee must be paid in cash on the day.
