Pick-Up:
On the day of the transfer, the assigned driver arrives at the designated pick-up location. If the pick-up is from a hotel, the driver typically waits at the hotel lobby.
Please get ready at least 5-minute prior to the pick-up time at the pick-up location.
The customer's luggage is loaded into the vehicle by our driver, and the customer takes their seat in the vehicle.

Transfer:
The driver follows the route to the KUL Airport, considering traffic conditions and the estimated travel time.
During the journey, the customer can relax, enjoy the ride, and possibly communicate with the driver or use any in-car amenities provided.

Arrival at KUL Airport:
The driver arrives at the KUL Airport's designated drop-off point.
If the customer needs assistance with unloading their luggage, the driver offers help.
