10 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeLeave Arusha/ Moshi town after breakfast and drive to the Serengeti National park. The distance is 325 kilometers and the drive takes around eight hours. En route we stop at Olduvai Gorge, the “cradle of mankind,” where the Leakey family uncovered the fossil of Homo habilis, who lived 1.75 million years ago. 1300 Hours: We arrive at the Nabi Gate the entrance to Serengeti National Park where we have our lunch boxes. 1400 Hours: We proceed on a game drive en-route to our accommodations. Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value. With more than two million wildebeest, half a million Thomson’s gazelle, and a quarter of a million zebra, it has the greatest concentration of plains game in Africa.
