Highlights
The river Raba is unique. There are very few dams and civilisation is mostly far away. In the morning the fog rises from the river and the sun shines through it. During the day is hot and you can cool down swimming in the lovely river. In the evening we make fire at the camp and have fun. A night under the stars is special.
Itinerary
Sárvár
On this trip we will paddle along one of the last unregulated and freely meandering rivers in the eastern Europe. The river Rába is pure magic. We will spend the night in official camping spots or if you like, just on the river bank. Day 1 The meeting takes place at 10:00 AM in Bratislava. We will travel to city Sárvár and unload our paddleboards or kayaks. We will be on the water at around 3:00 p.m. On this day we will cover 20 river kilometers. Night at the campsite in the village of Nick , included in the price. Day 2 The next day we will do a good 40 river kilometers. Night at the campsite in the village of Árpás included in the price. Day 3 We are paddling for the last 10 river kilometers. The activity ends at 14:00. We will travel back to Bratislava then. At 16:00 we are back.
