Itinerary:


  • Start the day with a 30-60 minute mindful morning walk followed by a guided sitting meditation, customized to your comfort level
  • Explore a nearby rice field and learn about the fascinating rice cultivation cycle
  • Engage in a 60-minute morning yoga session either in the studio or the serene garden. The practice is tailored to your experience level and any physical limitations
  • Savor delightful snacks prepared by your host


  • Full day Yoga, Meditation & Immersion in Thai Culture


  • Start time: 9:00 am


  • Location: Flow Yoga Chiang Mai (Map)
  • Duration: 9:00 am-5:30pm (~7.5 hours)

Itinerary:


  • Begin your day with a 30-60 minute mindful walk followed by a guided sitting meditation, tailored to your comfort level
  • Explore the nearby rice fields and gain insight into the local rice cycle
  • Enjoy a 1-hour morning yoga session, either in the studio or the spacious garden, designed to accommodate up to 20 people. The practice will be adapted to your experience level and any limitations
  • After yoga, savor delightful snacks prepared by your host
  • At 3:00 pm, relax with either a mindfulness meditation session or an evening Restorative Yoga practice, perfect for unwinding.
