It was a total letdown. This is supposed to be a private tour which is not cheap and no one turned up at the meeting point and no one contacted me prior to the tour. I called the provided the number provided on the booking voucher which lead to a Russian number (although I am in London???) and no one picked up the call. I am in the middle of negotiating for a refund for what I have paid because it ended up as a ownself-guided tour by myself since I didnt want to waste my trip there.
