This coastal settlement is bathed by the southern Aegean and is about 55 km from the city of Rhodes, located on Cape Krana on the eastern coast of the island. The Fountain of Eleousas, a huge circular cistern with a fountain in its center in which the most unique fish in the world, the Gizania, have grown and swim freely. The scenery is absolutely stunning and really brings a sense of what the beautiful Greek islands are all about. It is a worthy spot for those interested in taking great photos.
