- If there’s a strong chance that the ski resort cannot operate due to inadequate snowfall, we will cancel the tour. We’ll make this decision at least two days in advance and inform you if the tour is canceled. (A full refund of the tour fee will be provided.)
- Should roads be closed on the day of the tour or if there’s a significant risk of such closures, the tour may also be canceled. We’ll notify you promptly once the decision is made. (A full refund of the tour fee will be provided.)
- Due to road and weather conditions, the arrival and departure times at the ski resort may vary, leading to shorter stay duration and delayed return times.
- If your stay at the ski resort is reduced, or if any extra costs arise for transportation or accommodation after the return, we will not honor any expense claims.
- This trip may be operated jointly with other ski tour companies.

A morning departure bus tour from JR Nagano Station East Exit, available from February 7 to March 13!!
Tsugaike Mountain Resort offers a variety of courses with a maximum run length of approximately 5,000 meters. Its expansive and gentle “Bell Slope”, one of Japan’s widest slopes, is especially popular with beginners and families, while advanced skiers can also enjoy challenging courses.
Do not miss the breathtaking Tsugaike Snow Wall, a spectacular snow corridor and one of the resort’s most popular scenic spots.
The tour is guaranteed to operate with just one participant.
Accommodation must be arranged on your own, and the return bus can be used two days after departure.
