Fuss free eSIM that works. Remember the QR code is not the one enclosed in Pelago's automated email following your purchase. The correct QR is in the service provider's email. Also, after turning the eSIM, remember to turn data roaming on & give your phone a restart. 👍🏼

Riki was quite resourceful helping me to troubleshoot why my esim cant be installed , however, it would be good if the QR code provided by Pelago being explained that it is not supposed to be the QR code to install the esim on iOS. That would clear up everything when some customer only happened to be able to activate the esim in the destination country

Installing the new eSIM was without issue on an Android phone. However during my trip to Seoul, I'd find that even though I was on the correct network/APN, my data connectivity would drop out on its own. This happened quite a few times. I'm using an unlocked Google Pixel 7a. And interestingly, I've been using Airalo eSIMs via the official Airalo app on my phone without any issues, travelling to Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore. So I'm not sure what's happening with this particular eSIM.

There was a bit of consternation as the esim didn't get activated before landing in Seoul. But once we arrived here, it began working pretty well.
