Recently, a system error is causing our customers cannot open QR Code voucher on their phone. Please contact us 2 business days before your trip if you cannot download voucher on your phone.
We will either send the voucher to you through your email or we will refund you directly if that does not work either.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused!

This is an E-ticket voucher product for SKYTREE Admission Ticket.
After confirmation, there will be a PDF voucher file which includes the QR Code sent to your email, or you can go to your booking detail page, click [print e-ticket] button, and the PDF voucher can be downloaded.

E-tickets (QR Codes) must be exchanged to physical tickets at 4F Ticket Counter before entrance.
