Second jet ski ride in 4 days. Always friendly and courteous staff
The facilities (towel, bathroom, shower area) at the service provider (Basuka Watersport) were not up to the mark. It felt dirty and not well maintained. For Parasailing, the time mentioned was 6 minutes. But it ended in 3-4 minutes. Overall it wasn't a good experience. I bought tickets from Pelago because it is from Singapore Airlines and I love Singapore Airlines for its quality and service. I think Pelago needs to do a better job in selecting the service providers.
