Guidelines for Dive & Walk and Tower Slider Experiences:

• It is up to the tourists to decide whether to participate in this activity
• Before participating, please understand that this activity may cause great physical and mental strain.
  
• When participating, please agree to these Terms of Use and confirm and strictly abide by the Terms of Use Agreement.
• Please wear a helmet and a safety rope or a ski bag when participating
  
• Once the ticket purchase is completed, the order cannot be cancelled or changed due to personal reasons, and reissue is not possible.
• If there is a crowd, you may be asked to wait for a while. Please understand.
• The event organizer is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, disputes, etc. caused by this event.

【Hankai Electric Railway】

• This ticket allows unlimited rides on all Hankai Electric Railway lines for one day.
• Please bring your order voucher to the ticket center on the first floor of Tsutenkaku to exchange it for a ticket.
  
• The ticket is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
  
• How to use your ticket: Please scratch off the year, month, and day of travel in order and present it to the station staff. If the year, month, or day of travel is scratched off twice or more, the ticket will be invalid.

【Osaka Metro Bus Ticket】

• When taking the subway, simply scan the QR code at ticket gates that support QR codes to enter and exit the station.
• When boarding a bus, please scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the verification screen to the driver when you get off.
• When using a discounted facility, please present the QR code on your ticket to the staff. If the QR code cannot be presented due to a system error, the discount will not be available.
• Please note that if the facility is closed or the QR Code page cannot be displayed, you may not be able to enjoy the discount. In this case, no cancellation or refund will be accepted.
• This pass is valid for one person only. ・This pass is not valid for Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu, or other lines.
• When traveling outside the valid area, please inform the staff at the arrival station and pay the additional fare.
• If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, electronic device failure, or unstable communication service, you will not be able to use this service. In this case, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that the fare paid during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed is not refundable.

  ※ To prevent unauthorized use, when you open your e-ticket again in a different environment than the one you first opened it in, the system will ask you to verify your OTP dynamic password. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
  1. Enter an email address that can normally receive emails and press the send button.
  2. Check your mailbox for the OTP password email. If you can't find it, it may have been categorized as spam. If you still can't find it in your spam folder, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please re-enter your email address by opening the website.
  3. On the ticket screen, enter the OTP code from the email and click Confirm. If the code is correct, the screen for using the e-ticket will be displayed.
