Appetizers, fried rice, vegetables, and soup are shared dishes. The restaurant will adjust portions based on the package quantity.

1. This dining voucher does not include seat reservation service.

2. The meal voucher will be sent to your registered email address. On the day of use, please show the QR code to the restaurant staff. Without presenting it, the voucher cannot be used.

3. Please ensure to purchase the corresponding quantity of meal vouchers based on the actual number of guests. According to restaurant policy, customers without meal vouchers, even if accompanying the reservation holder, cannot be seated simultaneously. (Excluding children aged 0 to 11)

4. The dining voucher cannot have its usage date changed once verified and used by restaurant staff.

5. Due to large crowds during certain periods, you may need to wait for on-site staff arrangements for entry.

Q1: Can 5 people dine with only 4 packages purchased?

A: Please ensure to purchase meal vouchers for the actual number of diners. A minimum of 5 packages must be purchased for 5 adults. (Children under 12 years old are exempt)

Q2: How many meal sets should be purchased for two adults and two children?

A: At least 2 packages must be purchased for the 2 adults. For the 2 children, please decide whether to purchase additional packages or order extra meals on-site.

Q3: Can 2 people order 3 meals?

A: Yes, we also serve meals for 3 people on the same day.

Q4: Can you help prepare a child safety seat?

A: Please make your request to the on-site restaurant staff on the day.

Q5: I would like to make a reservation for 18:30

A: Sorry, the meal voucher does not include seat reservation service. Please visit the restaurant during business hours with your physical meal voucher on the day of your visit.

Q6: I'm allergic to eggs. Can you help replace the meals containing eggs?

A: We apologize, but the package details for meal vouchers are fixed. Please consider carefully before purchasing or avoid that particular dish when dining on the day.

A: This dining voucher can be used at all Din Tai Fung branches in Taiwan on your specified date. Please note that the Xinyi branch only offers takeout service and does not allow dine-in.
