This is one of our most beloved castles to visit. Special mention should be made of the Catholic church within the castle grounds, which holds active services. We definitely recommend a visit.
Great place to visit
Very poorly organized "tour", you have to walk back and forth same wing. No clear signs where to go etc. We were only able to enter two wings and as the building is square, there should be possibility to go around, this was in one word: stupid. And all in all, skip this one, the castle in Sintra is better, smaller but better.
