It was a last minute to head to the lagoon. Purchased the ticket via Pelago, confirmation received within a couple of minutes, and i was soaking in the milky blue water half an hour later. The lagoon is newly renovated, free parking on site (which us a bonus because parking in Iceland is exorbitantly expensive). The water temperature is very comfortable and an enjoyment against the chilly wind. Does not come with the face clay that you would probably get at Blue Lagoon, but this place is very much less crowded. I would wish that an added facility to spin dry the wet swim suits as I was left witha dripping wet swimsuit to bring back to my hotel and had difficulty drying it before checking out the next day.
