Fast confirmation of tickets, very enchanting and magical place. Didn’t want to leave.
The Basilica is nice but nothing much to see inside
Support was responsive and made an effort to assist, but the final outcome was disappointing. The ticket restrictions (daytime-only entry) were not clearly highlighted at the point of purchase. As a result, we were unable to use the tickets and had to purchase new ones on-site for evening entry. No refund or credit solution was offered despite a genuine attempt to visit.
A must see place but it was very quick and probably overpriced but thats Istanbul in general to be honest
The listing says there was an audio guide but this was not the case and I had to pay 300 Turkish liras per person for one.
Both were skip-the-line tickets so it saved me loads of time. The lines at the cistern were long, so the e tickets helped me to skip the long lines. We had a good time walking through both attractions. There was free WiFi at Hagia Sofia, and the walk through guide was great. Note that it will guide you to level 2, it was a pity they did not allow non-turkish citizens to enter the first level of the beautiful mosque.
